There is nothing sweeter in this world than a smiling baby. Will and I have absolutely loved watching little Henry grow over the last 6 months.

It’s so hard to believe, but little Owen is already 9 months old! We’ve so enjoyed watching him grow and exploring Farmville throughout his sessions. He’s full of smiles and always in such a good mood. His parents are super photogenic too! Enjoy these shots!

Today’s blog post is so full of sweetness! We recently were in Williamston for Father’s Day and were excited that it lined up with Hayes’s 6 month milestone and that we were able to drop by for her session.

Over the last few months we’ve gotten several anxious e-mails from some of our favorite clients that have gotten the impression that we are no longer doing family and children’s portrait sessions.

There are just some kiddos that melt my heart every single time… Sweet Ava is one of them. I had a class at the hospital the morning of her session and missed seeing her in person, but boy, oh boy – I had the absolute best time going through her photos after the fact!

I keep telling myself that I need to get back into the swing of blogging regularly, but with 80 degree temperatures in February, I just want to spend all day outside.

Sweet Sadie turned one yesterday. It feels like we’ve barely had time to blink since her newborn session. 

As we enter the New Year, I can’t help but think back on past wedding seasons. It’s hard to believe, but it’s been more than 2 years since we celebrated the marriage of two of our sweet friends, Lindsay and Charlie.

I finally feel like it’s safe to resume blogging. In the weeks and months leading up to Christmas I am always nervous that I’ll share photos that were meant to remain secret until after Christmas gifts have been given.

Ya’ll, when Brooks got out of the car for his six month session, he gave me two of the biggest, most adorable smiles I’ve ever seen.
