Blake & Robert - Williamston NC Wedding Preview - Martin County NC Photographer

Hey, hey guys - happy Monday! I know it’s pretty wet and miserable out there, but we’re still feeling sunshiney vibes from this past weekend. We had weddings on both Saturday and Sunday this weekend and at one point last week there was an 80% chance of rain on both days. But we ended up with great weather both days. Saturday in particular gave us beautiful sunny skies and high temperatures in the lowers 80s. I felt downright silly for ever worrying about the weather. But to be honest, I’ve just felt so bad for all of our couples that have had wedding plans affected by covid-19 that I can’t help but worry.

Blake and Robert’s wedding day was one that we had been looking forward to for quite some time and we are so excited that it worked out so perfectly. We knew from the beginning that it was going to be an amazing day since we were going to work with some of our favorite vendors. Shout out to Mary Frances and Colby for always helping our bridal parties feel beautiful and always keeping to our schedule. Val with your Perfect Day always works magic, and her decor at the church and reception was truly perfect! And as always, DJ Brad kept the party rocking into late at night. But, the best part of the day was getting to know Blake and Robert. Blake goes down as one of the sweetest brides we have ever had. Her smile is simply infectious and she is absolutely as “go with the flow” as they come, which certainly makes for a relaxed wedding day. And Robert is definitely one of our most memorable grooms. He was just downright funny and kept us laughing ALL day. We love the smiles that he brought out of Blake and how he was willing to keep going with our photo ideas. He even agreed to be at our beck and call with any modeling gigs we may need him for. Seriously, we had so much fun working with these two and their wonderful families and friends. Enjoy!
