Miranda & Clark - Engagement Session - Washington NC Photographer

Ya’ll, I love May! Truthfully I love all of spring, but May gives me glimpses into my absolute favorite time of year - SUMMER. And I love May engagement sessions because they have all of the elements of why I love summertime without the drawbacks. There’s pretty light but it’s typically not blazing hot yet. Nature is in all of it’s budding and blooming glory but the mosquitoes have not taken over yet. We’re starting to have sun-kissed skin and summer outfits are just the best! Okay, okay I know there’s a lot of ya’ll out there that prefer fall weather over summertime, but ya’ll, I LIVE for the months of May and June. And for all these reasons and more, I loved Miranda and Clark’s downtown Washington engagement session. These two cuties are getting married next May and we have been excited for their big day since we first met them!

Will and I absolutely love engagement sessions around Washington. There is so much variety in such a relatively small area. We loved that Miranda and Clark arrived and literally the first words out of their mouths were “We trust you guys with wherever you want to go and whatever you want to do.” And we did just that - we explored to our heart’s content. It was such a beautiful evening and they had three amazing outfits - each better than the last! We hope you guys will enjoy some of our favorite shots from this session.
