Wow. Just wow. When I started to put together this evening’s blog post I realized that I have not posted a single blog in more than 3 weeks. Whoops. I really do start out with great intentions of keeping up with our marketing on a more consistent schedule and then LIFE happens. After three weeks off from weddings, we were so excited to get back into the swing of things at Sunday’s wedding.

We first met Kennedy and Sam at Kennedy’s sister’s wedding back in October. I feel like we had an instant connection. Poor Sam was so helpful that day that he became my go-to person. If he minded, he certainly didn’t show it. We loved getting to know them both and were thrilled when they contacted us to shoot their wedding as well.

So ya’ll… Let’s talk about Sunday. Perfection. It was absolute PERFECTION. Everyone went into the day expecting rain, but instead we got lots of SUNSHINE. Word on the street is there were some pretty ferocious storms within a few hours of us, but we stayed dry. Although it was a bit humid, everyone braved the heat with smiles on their faces. We loved how calm, cool, and collected Kennedy was throughout the day. She seemed to soak up every glorious moment while getting ready with her girls. Sam and his boys were so much fun as well. We loved spending the day with this amazing group and hope you enjoy some of our favorite shots from their celebration!
