Our first wedding of October is in the books. And it was incredible! Ya’ll, I’m so excited to share with the world some of our favorite shots from Alysha and Jordan’s Rocky Mount Mills wedding day. Over the past few years, Will and I have visited the Mills several times to hang out and to enjoy dinner and drinks. It’s such a fun, beautiful space, so naturally we were thrilled when Alysha and Jordan contacted us to capture their wedding day at the Powerhouse.

Alysha was a bridesmaid in one of the 2018 spring weddings we captured. She has the type of personality that makes her easy to remember. Her smile is infectious and she is genuinely excited by life’s beautiful, simple moments. She is kind and thoughtful. Getting to know Jordan has been just as much fun throughout their wedding planning process. He is quiet, yet friendly. His face lights up when Alysha is around. Spending time with Jordan and his groomsmen kept us laughing from the moment they arrived. Alysha and Jordan were honestly what we consider to be our ideal clients. They planned such a beautiful day, were flexible with their plans, and were just all around incredible people to be around. We can’t wait to share all of their photos and video coverage with them!
