You guys… Let’s talk about August for a second. We all know it’s hot and humid and there’s almost a daily risk of afternoon thunderstorms. But there is something that we often forget… August has the potential to give us BEAUTIFUL light. And everyone that knows anything about photography knows that good photos are all about good light. And yesterday… we had AMAZING light for wedding portraits. In fact, everything about yesterday’s wedding was simply amazing. We feel so blessed that Katie and Brad trusted us with their wedding day photos and video. We’ve known this awesome couple for several years now and there’s something about them that is simply easy. They are easy to talk to. They are easy to photograph. They are genuinely happy people and that makes our job easy. Yesterday Katie and Brad were surrounded by friends and family that love and adore them and who were willing to do anything to make the day perfect. And though I must admit it was about 10 degrees too hot for me to call the day 100% perfect, every other aspect of the day was simply that - PERFECT.
