Lindsey & Rustin - The Rickhouse Wedding Day Preview - Durham NC Photographer

Will and I hope you guys are having an amazing Memorial Day weekend! We always seem to be extra busy on this particular weekend. After shooting a wedding yesterday as well as on Friday, we were exited to make it to the pool for the first time this afternoon for a few hours. Even though it was nice to have a bit of rest today, we’re excited to start editing the photos and video we captured this weekend. We’ll start with a preview of some of our favorite shots from Friday’s wedding. Lindsey and Rustin were such an amazing couple to work with and they planned a perfect day! Will and I have always loved Durham, and each time we shoot a Durham wedding we fall more and more in love with the city’s wedding market. Lindsey and Rustin chose to have both their ceremony and reception at The Rickhouse, a beautiful space that overlooks the Durham Athletic Park (think Bull Durham) with lots of reclaimed wood and exposed brick. Lindsey and Rustin are both originally from New York but have relocated to Durham for work and we couldn’t be more excited to know that they have fallen in love with the city. They threw quite the party for their guests and it was so much fun for us to see the day unfold. We hope you’ll enjoy these shots from their big day as Will edits away at their highlight film.
