You guys, Mondays stink, right? Our day has been full of office work - answering e-mails, paying bills, trying to figure out why every day can’t feel like the weekend. And then, I realized it’s a holiday and I didn’t even know it. Well whether you spent the day working or not, I’m going to try to make your Monday a little bit better!

Ya’ll tonight’s blog post is dedicated to a couple that is super-special to us. We first met Caroline when she was a bridesmaid in an amazing wedding almost three years ago. Unfortunately, we can’t remember every member of every wedding party we have ever met, but Caroline was definitely a stand-out. She has the absolute sweetest spirit and makes everyone around her feel loved. We were so excited when the e-mail came in a little over a year ago asking us to shoot her wedding. When we started putting the pieces together, we realized her fiance, Kyle, and Will have a close mutual friend, Chris. We were lucky enough to shoot Chris’s wedding earlier this year and got to catch up with Caroline and Kyle once again. Getting to know them both better has been nothing short of amazing. Caroline and Kyle are both high school teachers and it’s easy to see that any student of theirs is lucky to have them as a teacher. Caroline’s smile lights up the room and she has a way of making you feel like you have been friends for a long time. Kyle, though quiet, has the type of personality that makes you feel not only welcome, but important. Before we met with them to capture their engagement photos, Caroline shared with us their story. From the very beginning, Caroline and Kyle have felt like friends.
