EMILY – E. CARROLL JOYNER PARK BRIDAL SESSION – WAKE FOREST NC PHOTOGRAPHER

March bridal sessions aren’t supposed to be chilly. We always envision spring flowers, sunny days, and warm temperatures. Over the years we have learned that sometimes you don’t always get what you expect, but you certainly learn to make do. The day we had planned for Emily’s bridal session was much chillier than we had expected, but it was the only sunny day in the forecast for a week, so we knew we better take the opportunity. We’re so glad we did. Despite the cold, the day was beautiful! We had chosen one of our favorite parks, E. Carroll Joyner Park in Wake Forest. While the pecan grove was not blossoming, there was something extra magical about the barns on this day. Most of the year, the barns are surrounded by literally dozens of photographers waiting their turn. On Emily’s portrait day, we had the park almost all to ourselves.
